About the Role: We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in fast-paced, project-based industries. You’ll establish and grow Ausco Modular’s Sunshine Coast and Brisbane presence, strengthen customer relationships, and build a sustainable sales pipeline. You’ll deliver tailored modular solutions across sectors such as construction, infrastructure, mining, education, and government. This mobile role offers the flexibility to work from home up to four days a week, with one day in the Brisbane office to stay connected with the sales and operations team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities with construction and industrial companies in the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane region. Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with revenue and market share targets Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client spend Manage and grow both existing and self-generated sales pipelines Develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs and project timelines Work closely with Brisbane-based Sales Administration for quoting, pricing, and support Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine campaigns and targeting Report on pipeline health, revenue impact, and client engagement metrics Represent Ausco professionally in-market, fostering trust and brand presence Work autonomously with a commercial mindset, focusing on sustainable growth and profitability Willingness to travel regularly within the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane region. About You: You’re a high-energy, hunter-style sales professional who brings fresh ideas and a proactive mindset to solve problems and drive results.
