Centre Manager or Property Manager
This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of a Large Format Retail portfolio, supported by strong systems and a collaborative leadership team.
The position involves managing arrears, issuing notices, and maintaining compliance with leasing legislation. You will be responsible for month-end financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and annual outgoings reconciliations. Additionally, you will oversee maintenance programs, WHS compliance, and risk management processes.
About the Role
* Lease administration: managing tenancy schedules, critical dates, rent reviews, and on-charges.
* Managing tenant relationships and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contractor and service provider performance and costs.
* Oversee site inspections and documentation across internal audit platforms.
* Build strong relationships with tenants, owners, and internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or commercial property management.
* Strong understanding of the Retail Leases Act and leasing procedures.
* Proven experience with budgets, financial analysis, and outgoings.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines.
* High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Current Real Estate Licence (essential).
