Reporting to the Dean of Wellbeing and Inclusion, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support the social, emotional and academic wellbeing of Ormond students.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide assessment, brief interventions, counselling and referral services.Deliver proactive and holistic wellbeing plans for students.Support crisis intervention and consult with staff and students on emerging wellbeing issues.Create and deliver psychoeducational programs and workshops.Maintain accurate case notes and wellbeing metrics to inform continuous improvement.About YouYou’ll be passionate about student wellbeing and bring:Registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA.Experience working with young adults from diverse backgrounds.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.A collaborative and student-centred approach to mental health care.What We OfferThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a unique educational environment.Collegial support and regular professional development.Apply NowBe part of a team that empowers students to thrive.
