Planner/Scheduler

We're looking for a detail-oriented Planner/Scheduler to join the Peters team. This role is integral to the strategic planning and coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring the maintenance department delivers on its commitments.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to effectively schedule work, coordinate resources, and communicate with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule maintenance activities and repairs.
* Support the Development of our Stores Department
* Collaborate with maintenance trades, engineers, and other departments to organise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance with minimal disruption to production.
* Work with trades to coordinate maintenance work orders and maintain the CMMS.
* Monitor progress against schedules, identifying delays or issues as they arise.
* Communicate schedule updates regularly to stakeholders.
* Track and report on KPIs.

About You
To be shortlisted, you'll demonstrate:
* Strong planning, prioritisation, and coordination skills.
* Previous experience in a planning role (e.g., logistics, workshops, team rostering).
* Well-rounded analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
* Experience in FMCG or high-speed packaging environments (advantageous).
