ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director, Global Marketing, the Global Senior Brand Manager plays a key role in shaping, developing and delivering global brand strategies across a diverse product portfolio. You'll partner closely with design, product development and global markets to drive seasonal innovation, commercial performance and best‐in‐class execution.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Delivering portfolio gross sales, margin and contribution targets
* Leading brand and product strategy, including seasonal line plans and 3‐year strategic planning
* Driving the global product development process in collaboration with design and senior stakeholders
* Owning global marketing strategies, asset development, content and launch execution across markets
* Managing P&L, budgets, milestones and the Global Launch Calendar
* Coaching and developing direct reports while fostering collaboration and high performance
ABOUT YOU
You're a strategic, commercially minded brand leader who thrives in a fast‐paced, creative environment. You bring:
* 5+ years' experience in Brand Management
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field
* Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership
* Experience leading global marketing and asset development programs
* A deep understanding of consumer trends, digital platforms and media
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skillsA collaborative, playful mindset aligned with Moose values (Experience in toys or children's consumer products is highly regarded.)
