Job Title: Refugee Health Social Worker
This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of refugees and asylum seekers. As a social worker in this position, you will be responsible for providing culturally sensitive support to patients and their families, collaborating with medical teams to ensure holistic care approaches, and connecting clients with essential community resources and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Competitive Salary range from $110,425 to $121,907 per annum (pro rata)
