About The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Hardware Manager to lead and support our retail and trade hardware operations across South Australia and the Northern Territory. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, regional sales performance, supplier relationships, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage hardware store operations across multiple locations within SA & NT Drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction in line with national strategy Partner with store managers and regional leaders to deliver consistent retail and trade excellence Provide coaching and leadership to the frontline and management staff to foster growth and engagement Implement and monitor compliance with health & safety, inventory control, and merchandising standards Analyse regional sales and stock data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and central support to ensure product availability and competitiveness About You Proven experience in multi-site retail or trade operations (hardware industry experience highly regarded) Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and influence at all levels Commercially savvy with a solid understanding of budgeting, P&L, and KPIS Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills Ability to travel across SA & NT when required A strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability Having been in business for 50 years, Alspec has remained successful because we are committed to ongoing Research and Development, testing and design excellence in our products as well as the continuous development of our people.
