About This Role
As an experienced Management Systems Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our management systems are effective and meet industry standards.
This role is responsible for planning, conducting, reporting, and follow-up of internal and external integrated management system audits against criteria based on five ISO certification standards and management systems across Oceania.
In this role, you will interact with stakeholders within the region. We are looking for someone who can operate independently and have the ability to influence and partner with the business successfully.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Providing advisory, training, and administrative services to maintain certified management systems.
* Assisting business units with external standards requirements and their interpretation.
* Registering, tracking, and assisting with the resolution of audit findings.
* Supporting maintenance of management system certifications.
* Maintaining BMS presence.
* Preparing reports for senior management on the certified management systems' performance.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
* An experienced background as an Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 with a minimum of 20 internal audit days experience.
* Working knowledge of other management system standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 14000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001).
* Awareness of other assessment/audit schemes (e.g., SOC2).
* Experience in IT Service business areas is preferred (e.g., Project Management, Service Delivery Management, Risk Management, Engineering).
* Ability to manage issues and address concerns effectively.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* Experience in process development and maintenance, improvement action processes & management methodologies.
* Familiarity with ITIL Framework is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Audit Management tools is an advantage.
