Job Title: Team Lead - Clinical Services

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement a person-centred approach to service delivery.

* Develop, implement and continually improve a person-centred approach to service delivery
* Monitor and manage staff performance and development to foster a supportive team environment
* Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice
