OverviewGreen Light Australia are looking to engage a Digital Content Writer to join their team.
This role would be ideal for someone who is passionate about crafting clear, user-focused content and has a strong understanding of digital platforms and user experience (UX) principles.Details: an 8 month assignment with a chance of extension.
Expected 5 days per week or open to part-time 3 days per week.
Based in Melbourne or Sydney or across Australia / remote work.
Start in late October.
ResponsibilitiesCreate clear, concise, and engaging digital content using plain English and best practices in UX writing.Collaborate with business content owners and subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex concepts into user-friendly content.Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and accessibility standards.Optimise content for digital channels including websites, intranets, and chatbots.Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
RequirementsProven experience in similar roles as Digital Content Writer for large complex environments.Proven experience in professional copywriting or content strategy, with a strong focus on UX writing.Experience working with websites or apps or with chatbots or conversational interfaces (highly regarded).
A strong portfolio showcasing your work in content strategy, UX content, and copywriting.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments.Excellent communication skills.Good stakeholder management skills.
