Overview
Song at the centre of logistics and admin support. You're the calm in the middle of movement: shipments are coming in, orders are going out, accounts need updating and customers need answers. This role sits across logistics and administration – it's not boxed in.
What you'll do
* Coordinate freight and manage shipment detail
* Track orders and update systems
* Support accounts receivable and payable, including reconciliations
* Assist customers with account and order enquiries
* Provide general admin support across the business
Key responsibilities
* Coordinating supplier shipments and booking freight
* Liaising with brokers, customs and external partners
* Managing shipping documentation, duties and tariff codes
* Updating Pronto and maintaining clean, accurate data
* Preparing weekly shipment reporting
* Supporting accounts receivable, payable and reconciliations
* Assisting customers with account and order enquiries
* Providing general admin support across the business – a mix of logistics and admin on most days
