Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the Independents channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Independent Sales Contractors, developing strong relationships with customers, and executing strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, mentor, and train a team of Independent Sales Contractors to execute GF strategic objectives
* Drive in-store executional excellence across all bakery customers
* Conduct performance management and disciplinary action of Independent Sales Contractor team as required
* Develop and manage Business to Business relationships
Requirements:
* 3 years FMCG Sales experience
* 2 years People Management experience
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Highly developed interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage challenging timelines and work under pressure
* Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Sales force, information systems)
