The Role:
The Systems Planning Analyst will oversee vendor and financial administration for Asia Systems Office Oceania (ASOO), providing comprehensive support to the ASOO team as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
* Financial: Coordinate financial reporting, process invoices, manage budget forecasts, and ensure accurate financial data is available to stakeholders.
* Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day assistance, facilitate communication within and outside the department, coordinate room bookings and meetings.
* Project/Vendor Support: Collaborate with ASOO on vendor management, execute cross-department procedures, and manage expenses budgets.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in administration and financial management, preferably in banking and finance. Strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and effective communication are essential.
