Currently going through an exciting growth phase, with multiple new property developments, the role of Facilities Manager is newly created role and plays an important part in the management of the asset portfolio.
**The Role**
The Facilities Manager will support the Property & Procurement team and collaborate with the wider organisation to ensure the delivery of facilities management, building compliance, capital, and minor works.
A key focus will be the delivery of routine maintenance and whole of life asset plans, and the continued enhancement of the reactive maintenance procedures across a growing and diverse property portfolio that includes housing, education, office, and community support facilities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordination and supervision of contractors.
- Close engagement with customers, ensuring strong relationships are created.
- Planning and delivery routine maintenance and minor works projects.
- Assist with the forecasting and controlling of budgets.
- Continued improvement of the CMMS platform.
- Maintain strict risk, compliance, and safety management protocols.
- Completion of regular routine property inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders and community groups.
