Goodline requires a FIFO 2&1 Planner/Scheduler with an immediate start for our Western Australia projects throughout 2025.
About the role:
The Planner/Scheduler will lead the continual improvement of project planning processes to ensure accurate and efficient planning/scheduling needs are completed and illustrated for both internal and external stakeholders. The role is designed to ensure any risk associated with project/job scheduling is mitigated through detailed analysis and reporting back to key stakeholders within the business.
The Planner/Scheduler is accountable for supporting the project to achieve coherent delivery of the projects day‑to‑day objectives for our client through consistent execution of detailed project control processes. The Planner/Scheduler will advocate for success at every level of the organisation and champion creative solutions, proactive risk management, strong open communications and clear concise work parameters in relation to scheduling and project control requirements.
The Planner/Scheduler will also build and maintain strong client relationships whilst creating a positive working culture for the team by leading by example.
About you:
- Tertiary degree or trade background qualifications relevant to the role
- Strong understanding of project control requirements
- Strong understanding and management of planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes in both greenfields and brownfields environments
- Extensive experience in materials handling environments
- Satisfy Goodline Pre‑employment Medical and any required client based medical / medical standard
- Demonstrates aligned HI‑FOCUS Values
- Proven leadership skills to train and upskill engineering resources in scheduling/planning skills
- Strong knowledge of project control requirements and commercial risk management
- Proven ability to work with teams of people across multiple disciplines
