We are seeking a professional and experienced
Practice Manager
to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our practice. This role plays a key part in supporting the team, ensuring smooth workflow, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. You will work closely with the Principal Dentist and team to drive performance, efficiency, and growth.
The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations and patient flow, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service. They will lead and support the clinical and administrative teams, manage rostering, stock, and financial reporting, and maintain compliance with policies and quality standards. The role also involves contributing to business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
You Will Have
* Minimum 3 years' experience in dental practice management
* Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven organisational and time management ability
* Experience with financial and administrative operations
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Dedication to patient care and service excellence
* Experience with Dentally software preferred
