Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Technician to join our team forhile Defence and Commercial Marine maintenance and through life support projects. In this role, no two days are the same. You will be working on Reverse Osmosis Plants, Oily Water Separეფ E&sl;r, Pumps, Vacuum Sewage Collection, Sewage Treatment systems and more.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the role is varied and includes but will not be limited to removal, overhaul, test, install, fit, and maintenance of equipment, pipe fitting, fault finding, STW and commissioning. We are the local representative for many European suppliers and opportunities exist for training, upskilling and growth.
This role will be carried out at local sites in Henderson, Garden Island and our workshop in O'Connor.
Ideal candidate will have the following:
* Ability to obtain a Defence security clearance
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to various mechanical systems
* Strong mechanical skills and plumbing is a bonus: Cert II or higher preferred
* Physically fit – regularly lifting 15‑20kg
