The Business & Clinical Analytics team at North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) is a dynamic, forward-thinking and people focused group that is responsible to design, develop and support an NMHS wide online reporting platform and framework, providing timely access to accurate information for managers in the organisation to allocate resources which optimise services to fulfil our enduring purpose of providing excellent compassionate care to our community.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Analyst to join our team and contribute to the significant development portfolio at North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS).
This is a permanent, full-time position, with a workload of 76 hours per fortnight.
What is our Senior Information Analyst role?
The Senior Information Analyst is a team leader who fosters a culture of open collaboration in the report development team. In this role, you will assist in the development of standardised NMHS wide reporting platform, design the digital solution to solve business problems and build productive partnerships with stakeholder. You are also responsible for problem solving and solution design, along with the planning, coordination and implementation of digital reporting initiatives across the NMHS.
To be successful in the role, it is likely you will have experience Database tools (e.g. T-SQL, SQL Server, Python, R-Code etc) and Microsoft BI Stack (e.g. PowerBI, Microsoft Data Transformation Services, Microsoft Fabric, PowerPivot, Tabular, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Data Models/Cubes etc.). Knowledge of sensitive data collection and data transfer systems will also be beneficial.
