Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative electrical engineering solutions across the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct advanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) studies, including earth potential rise, low frequency induction, lightning, EMF, EMC, insulation coordination, and transformer inrushes;
* Lead the engineering delivery of small teams to deliver quality project outcomes;
* Provide technical expertise for bid preparation and business development;
* Mentor and develop engineers to expand our services;
* Foster positive client relationships and represent us at thought leadership events.
Requirements
* Master or Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering;
* Experience across substations, transmission, infrastructure power, including rail, water, mining, airports, and industrial services;
* Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as CDEGS and PSCAD;
* Strong technical report writing skills and the ability to present to internal/external stakeholders.
