As the Store Training & Development Lead you will have the opportunity to create support and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store ensuring the delivery of high quality product and service solutions on every occasion including :
* Undertake and assist with the onboarding and induction of team members new to JB or new to role
* Lead product training programs to ensure the sales team are well equipped to demonstrate and sell existing and emerging product categories.
* Demonstrate lead and coach a high level of customer service standards including pre during and post the sale.
* Utilise all available materials tools and collateral to train the teams.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver day-to-day store operations
Qualifications
* Retail experience in high achieving teams
* Passion for training and developing people
* Willingness to facilitate and partake in training sessions
* Unerring passion for creating great customer experiences
