Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Sydney Area for a Podcast Producer & Studio Manager. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing podcast production, including scheduling, recording, editing, and publishing podcasts. Responsibilities include managing studio operations, improving audio quality, maintaining studio equipment, and ensuring a seamless production process. The individual will collaborate closely with hosts, guests, and other team members to develop engaging content and meet publishing schedules.
Qualifications
Proficiency in podcast production tools, audio editing software, and equipment handling
Experience with content planning, scriptwriting, and audio storytelling techniques
Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail
Collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with various stakeholders
Knowledge of podcast distribution platforms and strategies to maximize audience engagement
Flexibility and creativity to enhance content quality and adapt to dynamic content needs
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within media or production environments
Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
