In partnership with our host, Eagers Automotive, we are seeking several motivated full-time Logistics Specialist Trainees to join the warehouse team in Eagle Farm.
Eagers Automotive Limited is Australia and New Zealand's leading automotive retail group, with over 100 years of history. Operating a diverse portfolio of vehicle brands, the company offers sales, servicing, parts, and finance through strategically located dealerships across major cities and regions.
This two-year traineeship offers hands-on experience in warehousing operations and the opportunity to earn a TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, preparing you for a successful career in logistics.
Job Details
In this role, you will receive comprehensive training across warehouse operations and store management. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with packing, repacking, and preparation of orders for dispatch
* Accurately completing data entry in internal warehouse management systems to record stock movements
* Learning and operating RF scanning equipment for receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
* Supporting stock control activities, including cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliation
* Assisting with the receipt of inbound deliveries, verifying quantities and product condition against documentation
* Helping prepare outbound orders to meet delivery schedules and quality standards
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
* Following all health, safety, and security procedures, including manual handling guidelines
* Reporting damaged goods, stock discrepancies, or system errors to supervisors
* Collaborating closely with supervisors and team members to develop warehousing skills and knowledge
Please note: This role requires flexibility to work across different shifts and a commitment of 38 hours per week.

Requirements
* Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence
* Basic proficiency in computer skills, maths, and English
* Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol Screening, and Police Check
* Forklift licence is advantageous. Support and training can be provided for the right candidate to obtain this qualification
