We are seeking a seasoned communications leader to shape the future of our Melbourne office. As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing a thriving agency culture, and leading a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Melbourne Profile & Marketing:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to raise the profile of our Melbourne office with business and trade media across Australia and the region.
o Elevate your personal brand in the Melbourne business community and PR industry.
* Business Development:
o Lead efforts in new business acquisition, identifying prime opportunities and managing teams to convert pitches.
o Nurture existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
o Establish accurate financial forecasting and plans to deliver against budgets.
* Team Leadership and Development:
o Serve as an internal figurehead, inspiring and setting direction for the team.
o Partner with senior leaders to develop a Melbourne vision and foster a positive agency culture.
o Communicate the agency's value proposition, philosophy, and vision to clients and potential recruits.
* Driving Creative Excellence:
o Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the right creative infrastructure is in place to deliver ambitious ideas.
o Create an environment that enables great work across Melbourne and related teams.
o Bolster client appetite for innovative solutions.
* Client Service Excellence:
o Work with senior leadership and teams to establish and maintain exceptional client service standards.
o Foster growth through quality talent acquisition and retention.
