Yardworx Equipment Pty Ltd – Caboolture QLDAs a Sales Person, you will be responsible for providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all customers who visit our YardWorx Equipment retail store in Caboolture, Queensland.
This full-time position is perfect for a sales-orientated and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.What you'll be doingProviding exceptional customer service and assistance to all customers, ensuring their needs are metDemonstrating and explaining product features and benefits to customersPrior knowledge of outdoor power equipment and tools is preferred but not essentialProcessing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments accuratelyRestocking and maintaining display shelves and product areasAssisting with inventory management and stock takes as requiredCollaborating with the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide a consistently positive customer experienceWhat we're looking forProven sales experience, ideally in a retail or customer service environmentMinimum of 1-2 years of sales experience is requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and provide tailored assistanceStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamEnthusiasm, energy and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer serviceFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends and public holidays as requiredWhat we offerAt YardWorx Equipment, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive, friendly and rewarding workplace culture.
