This is a diverse role where you will interact directly with patients, third-party organisations and expert clinicians.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential, as is the ability to work well in a team environment.You will be trained to provide:Excellent customer service and confident communication skills over the phone and in personManage the daily operational requirements of running a busy clinic, supporting the clinicians and their patientsConverting phone enquiries into bookings and following up opportunitiesSkills & ExperiencePrevious administrative and customer service experience is highly advantageous, but not essentialThe Gold Coast Headache and Migraine Clinic is a fast-paced environment and we require someone who is capable of prioritising and multi-taskingWe need someone who is a problem solver and takes initiative with a great work ethic and a can-do attitude to look after our patients and the companyYour ability to navigate technology and social media is an advantage, e.g. creating social media posts, following up on enquiries, using email and learning our cloud-based patient management systemJoin our small, supportive team where flexibility is a priority.
