Your new role
As the Manager Financial Business Partner, you will lead a team of finance professionals in delivering high quality financial management, analysis, and strategic advice across the organisation. This senior role will act as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders, ensuring financial insights directly support operational performance, resource optimisation, and long‑term planning. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modelling, and the development of financial strategies that drive organisational priorities. You will also provide leadership to strengthen governance, improve financial processes and systems, and cultivate a high performance culture within the team.
What you'll need to succeed
* Substantial experience delivering financial management in a large, complex organisation, including leading budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting and financial strategy.
* Strong understanding of financial frameworks and governance requirements, ensuring compliance, transparency, and integrity.
* Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, financial platforms and digital tools, with the ability to use data analytics to drive strategic insights and evidence-based decisions.
* Highly developed ability to build productive relationships, influence executives and stakeholders, and deliver clear, evidence based financial advice.
* Proven experience driving improvements across financial processes, systems and reporting enhancing efficiency and insight.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse complex financial and operational data, identify risks and opportunities, and optimise financial performance and resource allocation.
* Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment with competing deadlines.
* Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a team, set clear expectations, and foster a collaborative, high performance culture.
