Job Title: Dining Services Director
The role of Dining Services Director is to oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring a professional and courteous guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead staff training and development programs, evaluating employee performance and coordinating timely food production.
* Collaborate with restaurant managers and chefs to deliver exceptional quality and presentation of all food served to guests.
* Monitor and maintain high standards in cleanliness, both within the kitchen and externally.
* Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, work allocation, employee evaluation, rewards, and coaching, resolving complaints as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience or 2 years' service as a server/bartender in an upscale restaurant at a luxury hotel/resort or similar industry.
* A strong understanding and ability to train the team on Forbes/AAA luxury standards.
* Possession of Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
