The role involves managing a technical portfolio of work including reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll, BAS, and IAS, month-end reconciliations, and management reporting.

About the Ideal Candidate
* 8-10 years experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role in a professional services firm
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, managing, and inspiring teams

* Client-centric approach with the proven ability to manage large portfolios of work
* Professional certification (Chartered Accountant CA, Certified Practising Accountant CPA, or equivalent)
