Responsibilities
* Provide IT support across campus, remotely, and on-site as required
* Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, smart boards, servers, networks, and Microsoft 365 environments
* Manage service desk requests and resolve incidents efficiently and professionally
* Support Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
* Administer server hardware/software, backups, antivirus, and patching
* Document IT environments, update procedures, and manage tickets through to completion
* Communicate technical information clearly and supportively to staff and students
Requirements
* At least 2 years of IT support experience
* Previous experience in a higher education IT environment
* Able to fix general computer and network issues quickly
* Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office, and networking (DNS, VPN, LAN/WLAN etc.)
* Strong knowledge of LMS (Learning Management Systems) and SMS (Student Management Systems)
* Intune migration and administration skills
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for campus/site visits
* Strong report writing, communication, and time management skills
* Ability to complete a Police Check and Working With Children Check
* Experience with Windows and macOS support
* Server maintenance and patching
* Creating and maintaining network documentation
