Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is the largest private radiological practice in Western Australia with 23 hospital and clinic locations. We provide high quality diagnostic imaging services, using the most up-to-date technology and highly trained medical professionals. We are the official medical imaging provider for Perth Glory, Perth and West Perth Football Clubs.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our South suburb Recruitment pool on a permanent full-time basis with shifts varying between 6:45am and 5:30pm.
You will be required to support and travel to several clinical sites based on operational requirements including Armadale Hospital and North, Bentley Hospital, Booragoon, Gosnells, Murdoch Square, Murdoch Wexford Centre and Rockingham.
Reporting to the Clerical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining a high standard of patient care, safety and confidentiality
* Greeting patients and making clinical appointments
* Handling accounts, banking and Medicare batching
* Admin and computer work including billing and data entry
* Other duties as needed
What do you need to be considered?
Ideally the preferred candidate will hold at least 2 years' experience in a customer service role. You will be able to communication professionally both written and verbally and have the ability to learn and use software and systems. You will present with an approachable manner and display high level of patient care and confidentiality whiling maintaining a valid Western Australian Driver's licence and have access to reliable transport.
