Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Advisor
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Advisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our construction mining projects at Mt Morgan QLD.
You will be responsible for coordinating site-based occupational health, safety and environment activities to ensure the competence and well-being of people, the integrity of equipment, and the safe handling of materials.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of Cert IV HSE Certificate and have demonstrated the ability to achieve results within a construction mining environment.
* Candidate must have experience with site-based OHS&E activities.
* Must have strong communication skills to work effectively with personnel and subcontractors.
* Familiarity with OH&S management systems and auditing processes is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site-based occupational health, safety and environment activities.
* Ensure that all personnel and subcontractor personnel are adequately instructed concerning safety procedures and systems.
* Conduct safety investigations, prepare reports and recommendations, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
