About the Role
This is not just a sales role — it's an opportunity to guide clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
You will:
* Manage and nurture sales leads from enquiry to engagement
* Conduct consultations (phone, online & in person)
* Prepare proposals and follow up to close deals
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
* Work closely with management and attend the Tocumwal office when required
* Assist with marketing initiatives including social media and Google Ads campaigns
While the role is predominantly work from home, you will be required to attend our Tocumwal office when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role
* Experience selling homes or modular homes (highly desirable)
* Experience in the building industry (highly desirable)
* Strong closing ability and confidence in negotiations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience using CRM systems
* Marketing, social media or Google Ads experience (advantageous)
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Based in or near the Albury/Wodonga area
