**The Company**
This company is a blue chip, national Print/Packaging business who are a market leader in their field, maintaining a long and proud history of operations within Australia. With their office based in the Southeast suburbs, the position offers flexibility in which you can work from home + office after the initial training phase (home based 2 days per week). The company has grown exponentially in the past 3 years due increasing its product portfolio and service offering.
**The Role**
This full time permanent role is suited to someone who loves a challenge, where your main task will involve mainly outbound collections within a large ledger, to help transparent a backlog of work as part of a close knit team of 4 in the Credit Team. There is also potential for the role to become permanent down the track. Roles/responsibilities as outlined below;
- Managing large national and small accounts (approx. 1500 active)
- Managing your own large ledger
- Uploading Bank statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit queries
- Credit claims
- Assist with End of month reporting
- Liaising with branch/sales staff
**About You**
Obtaining a minimum of 3-5 years' experience, you will preferably have worked within a large business in a high-volume Credit Control or AR Officer position, managing both large and small accounts with a large ledger. With a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service, you will also have had experience with a large ERP system (ie Oracle, SAP, Navision, SAGE, Dynamix etc) and obtain the following attributes:
