We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and extremely motivated individual to join our team. We receive a high volume of customer enquiries, so the successful applicant will need to be confident and have excellent communication skills.
This is a great role and will provide an excellent opportunity to gain skills in this area. Applicants must be friendly, self-motivated and willing to work independently, as well as part of a team.
The applicant will possess the following qualities:
- Great customer service skills and a friendly personality
- Proficient use in Microsoft office programs
- Great telephone technique & manner
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to cope in stressful situations
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
You will be directly responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of general phone enquiries and sales
- Assisting in making and scheduling telephone bookings
- Checking off staff timesheets
- Maintaining stationery and office supplies
- Managing and entering accounts receivable and invoicing
- Following up on outstanding and overdue accounts
- General filing and office duties.
