The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Collision Production Manager to join the team at Micra Breadalbane. You will support the Centre Manager and manage, guide, and develop production staff within our collision repair workshop. This role offers a chance to develop and progress your automotive leadership skills.

Role responsibilities
* Ensure the site remains a safe working environment for all staff
* Process vehicles upon arrival
* Assist with the ordering and receipting of parts, paint, and consumables
* Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective, quality repairs
* Manage the production to meet set productivity targets and customer expectations
* Assist in managing the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
* Oversee workshop housekeeping
