About the role: Our client is a reputable company who are seeking a temp to join their Accounts Payable team. Our client prides themselves on having an excellent working culture & supportive environment. The responsibilities: Reconciliation and allocation of invoices into accounting system. Preparation of payment runs. Reconciliations of bank statements, supplier statements, and credit card. Maintain vendor account information. Managing and resolving vendor queries. Prepare vendor reconciliations and resolve disputes. Manage coding of invoices. Full AP function. Assist the team on other tasks or projects as required. Other ad hoc tasks as required. The successful applicant will have: 1-3 years’ experience in accounts payable. Ability to interpret and analyse complex data sources with minimal corrections Blue Card and NDIS Clearance required (or willingness to obtain).
