About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Bergmans Auto Group in Rockingham, Western Australia. As a part-time Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the delivery of our marketing strategy and initiatives to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain our websites to a high standard
o Continuous updates of commentary, blogs & images
o Gumtree, Auto Trader, Car Sales etc.
o Google Business Accounts & Reviews
- Ensuring we maintain our Autogate & Dealer Solutions inventory standard
o Comments on vehicles
o Photographs
o Overall health of listings
- Purify our online stock as required
o Continue to monitor our online inventory presence across multiple platforms
- Maintain and grow our online social media presence
o Ensure we keep up on posting updates
o Answer customer enquiry
- Create and implement strategic marketing plans in line with OEM and internal requirements (such as EDMs, letter drops, SEM, press, tvc, radio, sponsorship activities and other marketing activations)
o Includes coordinating with our advertising partners & vendors to ensure up to date material is provided in line with OEM guidelines
- Assist in promoting through community engagement
o Supplier & Sponsorship Events
o Launches, 4WD events etc.
o Set-up and attending Caravan & RV Shows
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
