We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical EC Payroll Consultant to join our client's team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll modules, as well as other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, including requirement gathering, workshops, build, testing, data migration, and training.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement areas and design technology solutions for SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and related modules.
* Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and ensure operational stability of SAP EC Payroll.
* Lead technical and functional discussions and facilitate alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and operational stability.
* Ensure the smooth integration of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll with other systems and modules within the SAP ecosystem.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5-8 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and related modules (PA, OM, TM, etc.).
* Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP SF EC Payroll implementations, including gathering requirements, conducting workshops, building solutions, training, and data migration.
* Experience working on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll (with a focus on Australia implementation).
* Solid understanding of HR and IT HR concepts, especially around Payroll and Time Management.
* Familiarity with SAP Activate, ASAP, and Solution Manager methodologies.
* Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll solutions.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and clients, solving complex issues and providing innovative solutions.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
* Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to engage at all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in working within a multi-cultural, cross-functional, global organization.
* Experience in optimizing HR and IT processes across global implementations.
* Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or related HR technology platforms are a plus.
