About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Officer to join our team at Casey Hospital. As a Senior Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily operations and deliver high-quality customer service with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
* Apply problem-solving, computer skills, and report-writing capabilities to support daily tasks.
* Lead small teams and provide after-hours Helpdesk support.
* Manage access control systems and operate CCTV platforms.
Requirements
* Full Australian Working Rights.
* Victorian Security License (Control Room Endorsement is advantageous).
* Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher).
* First Aid & CPR.
* Employee Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
* Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
* Evidence of three COVID-19 vaccinations.
* Proof of Hepatitis B serology showing immunity.
* Proof of Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccination or serology showing immunity.
* Pertussis (Whooping Cough) booster within the last 10 years.
