Your Key Responsibilities :
* Provide strategic mortgage advice across residential, commercial, and SMSF loans
* Manage the full lending process from consultation through to settlement
* Tailor lending solutions to suit each client's individual goals
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and business clients
* Work closely with in-house financial planners and accountants to offer integrated financial advice
* Stay up to date on lending trends, loan products, and regulatory changes
What We're Looking For :
* At least 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker (preferably with high-net-worth clients)
* In-depth knowledge of a wide range of lending products
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A consultative, client-focused approach
* Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent)
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships with a high standard of care
