Join the team at Lane Buck & Higgins' as a Conveyancer. We have offices based in Narrogin and Busselton and you will play a crucial part in the Settlements team, managing the end-to-end conveyancing process for residential, farming and commercial property transactions.
What you'll be doing
* Providing high-quality conveyancing services to clients, including preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth settlement process
* Conducting title and property searches, and preparing settlement statements
* Advising clients on their rights and obligations throughout conveyancing process with support from lawyers within our team
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
* Supporting Solicitors with conveyancing tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Conveyancer, ideally with 2+ years' experience in a similar role, including farm settlements
* Excellent knowledge of conveyancing laws, regulations and best practices
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
* Proficient in using conveyancing software and technology (including PEXA platform)
* A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
