About Us
Ume Loans was established in 2009, and at the heart of our business is helping customers obtain loans even if they don't fit the traditional bank or finance company criteria. At Ume Loans we understand that bad things can happen to good people. We believe that if a customer can demonstrate that they can afford a loan, then we would like to try and provide them with the second chance they need, despite what may have happened in the past.

The Role
This is a customer-focused role where you'll be fully trained and supported to:
* Build genuine rapport with customers as you guide them through their loan application over the phone.
* Work closely with our Credit Manager to tailor loan approvals that suit customer needs.
* Explain loan conditions clearly and walk customers through our digital signing process.
* Follow our proven processes to create a loan experience that customers will value and remember.
Is This You?
* You have experience in customer service (finance experience is a bonus but not essential).
* You're organised, great at managing your time, and love working towards clear goals.
* You enjoy solving problems and have a genuine passion for helping people.
* You thrive in a team environment and are excited to work from our modern Sunshine Coast offices.
* You're confident with computers and comfortable using online systems.
