Job Tasks
* Oversee day-to-day service delivery across allocated sites, ensuring all client needs are met and expectations consistently exceeded.
* Coordinate and maintain an effective roster for full-time, part-time, and casual staff to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections, communicating outcomes to clients and relevant stakeholders, and promptly addressing any issues or non-conformances identified.
* Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing tailored, consultative solutions that support successful account management.
* Ensure service standards remain high while also achieving targeted operational and financial performance across all sites.
* Support the preparation and upkeep of all site-related documentation, including procedures, SWMS, risk assessments, duty schedules, timesheets, and employee termination paperwork.
Skills and Experience:
* Current WA driver's licence.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in cleaning and management.
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work outside regular business hours.
