The exciting opportunity:
o 120+ bed facility in Bunbury
o Design the role to suit you - work 14 hours a week across your choice of days
o Apply your specialist knowledge to increase physical and cognitive function and maximise independence and quality of life
o Conduct holistic assessments and create, implement, review and adjust care plans that reflect all of the resident's requirements
o Work with the residents to establish meaningful goals, providing services in line with their preferences, needs, and policies and procedures
o Use your leadership skills to direct and coordinate Therapy Assistants to deliver the individual and group physical activity programs that you design

About you:
o Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist, or due to receive registration in the near future
o Superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with and engage residents and families
o Demonstrated ability conducting thorough assessments and creating individualised care plans
o Eager, passionate and committed to providing holistic care
o Experience in the residential aged care industry is highly desirable but not essential
