We offer flexibility: Monday to Friday, or a three-day week (longer hours), provided Thursday and Friday are included.

With offices in Manly, Forestville, and St Ives, we continue to expand and are seeking an Accounts Assistant who can be based at any of these locations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts payable and account reconciliations
Assisting with the settlement and post-sale process, including confirming vendor bank details
Processing marketing invoices, reconciling payments, and managing vendor marketing finance queries
Recording agent expenses
Providing payroll support
General administrative and financial tasks
About You
Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role (real estate experience highly regarded)
Proficiency with Xero accounting software
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Clear communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
