Junior Planner - Fashion Accessories, Beauty & Wellness

We're on the lookout for a motivated and commercially minded Junior Planner to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, ever evolving retail environment and is excited to contribute to a growing business.

This hybrid role is weighted with 60% focus on allocations, while the remaining time will be dedicated to planning support, reporting and sales analysis.
What You'll Be Doing:
Allocations - 60% focus
* Execute timely and accurate product allocations across store networks and online channels
* Review stock levels and sales data to optimise store replenishment
* Liaise with warehouse and logistics to manage stock availability and delivery flow
* React quickly to trading results with in-season reallocation strategies
* Provide weekly allocation reporting and insights to inform broader planning actions
Planning & Analysis - 40% focus
* Assist in compiling and distributing weekly and monthly sales reports
* Analyse category, product and store performance to identify trends and opportunities
* Support in Open to Buy (OTB) tracking, forecasting and reforecasts
* Assist with seasonal range planning and post-season reviews
* Work collaboratively with Buying, Sales, Marketing and Merchandise teams to align on key business goals
About You:
* 1-2 years' experience in retail allocations, planning or merchandise support roles
* Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a must)
* Commercial mindset with strong numerical literacy
* Ability to manage changing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment
* A self-starter who is solutions-focused and thrives in entrepreneurial businesses
* A keen interest in retail trends, product lifecycle, and consumer behaviour
