About the RoleWe are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled Accounts and Office Manager to join the dynamic team at Halcol Energy on the Sunshine Coast. This pivotal role offers a variety of responsibilities, focusing on both operational and financial management while ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day business activities.What You’ll Be DoingPayroll and HR Management:Managing weekly payroll processing, including overseeing timesheet submissions.Handling HR functions such as recruitment and new hire documentation.Leading and mentoring a team of administrative professionals to maximise productivity and performance.External Services Liaison:Acting as the primary point of contact for external services, including IT, marketing, and more.Back Office Operations:Overseeing back-office operations to ensure seamless processes and operational efficiency.Managing company assets and ensuring accurate record-keeping.Business Compliance:Ensuring adherence to industry and business regulations and managing insurance matters.Financial Oversight:Accounts receivable and payable.Overseeing budgeting, cash flow, invoicing, bill payments, and generating financial reports.Collaborating with accountants and providing necessary financial data.Event Coordination:Assisting with the coordination and execution of events as required.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in a senior office management or administrative role.
