About the role
This position will play a key role in protecting the natural assets found within the Otways. The role will focus on supporting the delivery of the Wild Otways Initiative. You will be responsible for building relationships with external and internal stakeholders and partnerships, facilitating research projects being undertaken within Great Otway National Park, managing expenditure and resources allocated to projects, budgets and contractors. You will be implementing project plans, supervising contractors, monitoring environmental project progression, liaising will local and regional staff, reporting outputs and implementing these projects on time and within budget. This supportive team work collaboratively and implement biodiversity projects to high standards with a focus on working together.
**We're looking for someone with**:
- Experience in the biodiversity/environmental/natural resource management sector
- Demonstrated experience in engaging and managing stakeholders
- Experience in project management and operational delivery of projects
- Demonstrated experience in analytical problem solving
- A current Resume
