Proactive Supports 4 U is seeking a qualified, dedicated and experienced Disability Support Worker specialising in Personal Care, for 25–30 hours per week. If you are compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting individuals to live safely and independently, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
This role involves supporting participants with:
* Personal care (showering, toileting, transfers, grooming, dressing)
* Medication support
* Meal preparation and domestic assistance
* Community access and transport
* Goal-based support and daily living skills
Hours
* 25–30 hours per week
* Immediate start
Requirements (Must Have):
Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or Individual Support
Valid Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check / NDIS Worker ID
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Experience in personal care support
