Clerical Staff
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary role will be to provide support to your colleagues by answering and attending to telephone enquiries, monitoring and responding to customer service emails, and phoning shipments out to agents/consignees/personal effects.
Additionally, you will be required to liaise with warehouse staff regarding bond checks, track and trace missing cargo, and assist with quarantine inspections/destruction/seizures and abandoned shipments. You will also be responsible for setting up rotations, training future customer service staff, and processing customer collections, ULD documentation, and completion of UCR.
You will have the opportunity to learn and use our systems, process empty ULD returns, and understand regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for processing interline trucking requests, complying with airline requirements, and processing domestic cargo transfers and pharma shipments.
As an additional duty, you will provide front counter customer service, assist with front counter duties on busy days, complete import VCT's, and process payments of invoices for non-domestic services.
